Dad and I are both doing the 10,000 Step Challenge for work. Out of curiosity, I just asked him for his count for the day. We were the exact same down to the step. I guess this is a real life application of like father, like son.
Also, it took me until I got into my car to realize how bad my ears are ringing from the Explosions in the Sky show at Stage AE. What a horizon-expanding experience it was though, with terrific company before, during and after to boot.
I absolutely love love love how Pittsburgh is a small town in a major metropolitan city’s clothes. It never ceases to amuse me the common connections I still find on a given night.
It was a heck of a run by VCU. I’m sorry for my cousin Holly; a VCU alum. Now I will easily be pulling for Butler Monday night.
Hosting a Final Four VCU party at the Little House with the family. Go Rams!
Well, having my alternator die on me was not what I wanted to have happen tonight (or any time, for that matter). One month until Pittsburgh and minimal wear and tear on my car.
Titletown Soul/Funk party at Shadow Lounge in East Liberty is terrific. An evening well spent!
Pittsburgh and Chester are the same town to me. I have an equal chance in both towns to randomly run into people I know. That shouldn’t happen with a major metropolitan city, but it’s great that it does.
